HONEY GARLIC SAUCE 
1 tbsp. heaping diced or minced fresh garlic
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 can low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
1/4 cup regular or dark soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper, cayenne or chili powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water

In a medium sauce pan, over medium-low heat - heat the oil and add the diced garlic, powdered garlic; and the red pepper flakes. DO NOT BROWN THE GARLIC.

Now add all of the remaining ingredients. Whisk vigorously until well combined. Bring to a short boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.

Whisk in cornstarch mixture; simmer stirring constantly and cook until the sauce is slightly thickened (about 3 to 4 minutes). Bottle for storage and use. ALWAYS SERVE HOT!!!
