1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 env. taco seasoning
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese

Cook onion and beef; drain. Stir in taco seasonings, spread in plate and top with chiles. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour in pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped lettuce and sour cream.
