1 1/2 lb. cream cheese, not low calorie
2/3 c. sugar (granulated)
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Keebler vanilla wafers
Miniature aluminum foil cups (take paper out)

PIE FILLING:

Cherry
Blueberry
Strawbe rry

Mix thoroughly: cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Use mixer. In foil cupcake midgets place 1 vanilla wafer. Fill cup about 3/4 full of cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Do not over bake, they will not brown. Cool for about 45 minutes. Top with pie filling. Store in refrigerator.
