PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sm. Spanish peanuts (husk on)
2 tsp. baking soda

Boil sugar, syrup and water in a large pot until it spins a thread. Add peanuts and cook until caramel color. Remove from fire, mixing soda. Spread quickly on preheated cookie sheet.
