4 lbs. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. bourbon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Cook and mash potatoes. Add rest of ingredients, except pecans. Beat until fluffy. Spoon into 6-cup casserole dish. Sprinkle nuts around edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
