1 2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. canned milk

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. mini marshmallows
Nuts may be added

Stir until all marshmallows are melted. Pour onto a 9 inch buttered pan. Let set until cooled.
