CHOCOLATE FILLED SNOWBALLS 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Kisses candy
confectioners' sugar, for rolling

Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour and chopped nuts. Blend well; chill dough for at least 1 hour.

Remove foil from Hershey's kisses candy. Shape dough around each kiss using 1 teaspoon dough for each. Be sure Kiss is covered completely.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar (if desired) and cool. Store in tightly covered container.
