BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

What's the dealeo with the red ring around the edge of the baloney? It tasted ok with the mustard and all, but I nearly choked on it.

I have to say I eat my bologna wrapped around a pretzel rod!
With a dip of dijon mustard. If no pretzel than I make toast and put Miracle Whip on it. Yummy!

This is my husband's favorite. He likes the balogna sliced really thick and with mayo instead of mustard. But he has changed the name of this sandwich and now tells his golfing buddies it's a Gringo Burrito since Mexican food is a staple at our house.

I cannot believe this! And I'm glad to see the potato chips on bologna and cheese sandwiches with mustard of course! Have eaten these since I was a little girl. Used to take to school in brown paper bag (before designer lunchboxes!) And I read somewhere once that the potato chips is a substitute for bacon! Brings back memories!

This is a great recipe. Although to make it truly great, one must add a slice of American cheese.

I have just purchased one loaf of bread, and one package of bologna. Luckily I have some mustard left from the last time I tried preparing food 6 years ago. I can't wait to get home and try this out! Thank you baby Jesus for this gift.

Love this. It brought back good memories. We prepared our Bologna sandwiches four ways, for the best taste use the best ingredients. I like Boars Head Bologna but in a pinch Oscar Mayer will do.

1. For a Breakfast sandwich; Fried Bologna (lightly browned), with fried egg on toasted Wonder Bread (white), Hellmann's mayo, and Kraft cheese.
2. Fried thick Deli sliced Boars Head Bologna (slightly burnt) on Wonder bread, Kraft Pickled mayo, and Kraft cheese.
3. Cold thin sliced Bologna (3-4 slices cut in halves) on Wonder bread, Hellmann's mayo, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes.
4. Fried Bologna, Wonder bread, Kraft cheese, and thin sliced cucumbers with French's yellow mustard, and pepper. (My favorite) Yummy!!

I toast homemade bread spread liberally with butter then add mustard (French's of course) on one slice and Heinz ketchup on the other slice then slap a thick slice of bologna in between and voila awesomeness in every bite !! :)

It's all wrong, one slice of bread, bologna, mustard, then FOLD it. If you don't like it, more mustard. Yep back to when we were kids! Then there is the opportunity for fried bologna too.
