SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag spinach, bite size
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. A-1 sauce
1 tsp. brandy or sherry

Mix dressing and store in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
