PEACH COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
2 med. eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can peaches (slices)

Grease square pan. Turn over to 350 degrees. Cut peach slices in half and reserve the syrup. Arrange the peach slices in bottom of pan. Mix all ingredients. Pour over slices. Bake for 30 minutes; cool and serve with peach sauce.

PEACH SAUCE:

Combine the peach syrup with 2 tablespoons of sugar and bring to a boil. Put aside for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 ounce peach liquor. Stir and cool. Peach liquor can be substituted by brandy.
