CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup (Campbells)
8 oz. sour cream
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook chicken/skin and debone. Cut into small pieces arrange in casserole dish. Combine soup and sour cream, mixing well. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over top (one package). Melt 1 stick butter and pour over crackers. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with hot rolls.
