FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 tbsp. gelatin (1 pkg. Knox gelatin)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 (#2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
10 oz. Cool Whip

Soften gelatin for 5 minutes in lemon juice. Dissolve over hot water. Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and stir in gelatin, fruit, sugar, and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip; freeze.
