PEPPER STEAK 
Sirloin steak
Bean sprouts (canned)
Onions
Green peppers
Soy sauce
Dry mustard
Accent
Rice
Tomatoes
Cornstarc h

Vary amounts of each ingredient according to taste. Braise the meat in cooking oil in covered skillet for 20 minutes. Add chopped onions and green peppers, accent, and soy sauce. Cover pan and let simmer for another 20 minutes. Top with drained bean sprouts and sliced tomatoes. Let simmer for no more than 10 minutes. Make gravy with cornstarch and juice from bean sprouts; add more soy sauce. Pour over pepper steak in skillet.
