CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
Pinch of salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top dressing

Boil together the chicken, celery, onions for about 1/2 hour. Remove the chicken and cool under cold water. Cut into bite-size pieces. Mix one can cream of mushroom soup and 1 pint of sour cream together. Stir chicken into this mixture.

Pat into a 9x13 pan. Top with Stove Top Dressing that has been prepared according to box directions. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

This broth can be used for noodle soup at a later date.
