KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
hard cooked eggs
2 (1# cans) kidney beans, drained
1 bunch celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients, except the eggs. Chill one hour. Garnish with hard cooked eggs.
