1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix well potatoes and cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
