APPLE GINGER CAKE | |
1 (13 oz.) pkg. ginger bread mix 1/2 c. water 1 c. applesauce 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. raisins 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling Combine ginger bread mix, water and applesauce. Beat 2 minutes. Add nuts. Spread apple pie filling and raisins in 9 inch square baking dish. Top with ginger bread mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and invert on serving rack. Serve warm or cool with a dollop of whipped cream. |
