MELT IN YOUR MOUTH BLUEBERRY
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 blueberries
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients. Cream shortening with sugar; add beaten eggs, then add all dry ingredients with milk and vanilla. Then add flour; fold in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
