BANANA FRITTERS 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
6 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
4 or 5 ripe bananas
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Powdered sugar

In large bowl, stir flour and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. With an electric mixer, beat until batter is smooth, about 2 minutes. Peel bananas. Place them in shallow pan and mash. Stir into batter. Fry about 3 minutes in vegetable oil. Use 1/4 cup per fritter.
