PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 lg. pork chops
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed or regular tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown pork chops in oil. Remove from skillet and place in 3 quart casserole dish. Add 1 cup uncooked rice, slice onion over all. Add tomatoes along with 1 cup of water. Add bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf before serving. Serves 4.
