SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 med.-size pork chops
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper

Wash pork chops and put them in a large baking dish. Dice green pepper and onion; put on top of chops. Add can of tomatoes (use the liquid in the can, also). Cook at 400 degrees for about 90 minutes (may vary depending on the oven).
