BISQUICK MIX 
9 c. flour
1/3 c. baking powder
1 c. + 2 tbsp. non fat milk solid
4 tsp. salt (or less)
1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening

Mix dry ingredients, cut shortening in until coarse and crumbly. Store in gallon jar in cool, dry place. Use in any of your favorite Bisquick recipes.

PANCAKES: 1 cup mix, 1 egg and about 3/4 cup milk.
