CARAMEL NUT SAUCE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. cream
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. coarse chopped walnuts

Combine sugar, cream, syrup and butter. Heat and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Boil and stir 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts.
