1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. Nestle's semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz. Nestle's butterscotch chips

Cook Karo and sugar to a boil. Add peanut butter and mix well. Put cereal in large mixing bowl and add Karo mixture. Mix well. Put in a 13 x 9 inch pan and press down firmly. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in double boiler or microwave. Mix well. Cover cereal mixture with this topping. Cut in squares and serve. Serves 12.
