BANANA MUFFINS 
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 med.)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or butter, melted

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin (bottoms only) or line with paper baking cups. Beat egg slightly, stir in remaining ingredients, just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
