BANANA MUFFINS 
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. mashed ripe bananas, about 2
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or butter, melted

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom, only, of 12 medium muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups. Beat egg slightly; stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until golden brown, 15-17 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
