BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Use either fresh or frozen broccoli (I use 2 bunches of fresh broccoli or 2 pkgs. frozen)
1 can of French onion soup
1 can of cheddar broccoli soup
Cut up 1 onion
Add a c. of grated cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Precook broccoli until it is SLIGHTLY tender. Combine all above ingredients and put in a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 300 degrees until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.
