3 egg whites
1/3 c. Mott's Natural Applesauce
1 1/4 c. water
Yellow, white or lemon cake mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 9 inch round cake pans with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cake mix, water, applesauce, and egg whites in large bowl with electric beater at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed (or beat 2 minutes by hand). Pour half the batter into each prepared pan. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until done. Cool in pan on rack, and remove. When completely cool, layer and frost cake. 612 fewer calories. 72 grams less fat.
