MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box dry butter golden cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry)
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges. Pour into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes. Cool.

ICING: Mix with spoon; spread on cake. Decorate with mandarin oranges. Refrigerate and serve cold.
