OVEN BEEF STEW 
1 lb. stew meat
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 can beef broth

Can add diced potatoes and carrots if desired. Use a 2 quart casserole, larger if you add other vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours, covered.
