4 sm. baking potatoes (1 lb. total)
1 tsp. butter (melted)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Non-stick spray coating

Scrub potatoes and cut each one lengthwise into 8 slices. Brush surface of each slice with melted butter.

In a plastic bag combine Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder. Shake potatoes in bag to coat. Spray a cookie sheet and arrange potatoes on pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender. 3-4 servings. 6g fat per serving!
