CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 graham cracker pie crust

In a medium bowl, beat cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust and chill 3 hours or until firm. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tip: Any fruit pie filling can be substituted for cherry pie filling.
