CHEESE CREPES FILLING 
1 c. butter
3 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cream
2 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 1/2 tbsp. chopped chives

To Begin: Make the crepes using the Basic Crepe recipe. Set aside crepes and keep warm.

Soften the butter and mix in the grated cheese. Add the cream, parsley and chives and mix thoroughly. Fill each crepe with some of the cheese filling. Fold over and place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly tested.
