HAM FILLED CREPES 
2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 crepes
8 slices Swiss cheese

Combine ham, eggs, olives, relish, and mayonnaise. Divide among crepes; roll up. Place in shallow baking pan with 1 slice cheese on each crepe. Broil until cheese melts. Yield: 4 servings.
