PASTA SALAD 
1 box garden twist pasta
Any vegetables desired such as: red onion, celery, red & green pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers

MARINADE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. low-fat salad oil
Salt to taste

Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain. Mix the sugar, vinegar and oil until dissolved. Cut vegetables in small pieces. Do not cook. Mix with the pasta and refrigerate overnight. Makes a large bowl.
