BETSY'S POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. new potatoes
1 bottle Viva red wine vinegar & oil dressing
1 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
5 eggs, boiled & chopped
Mayonnaise to taste
Sour cream to taste
1 red pepper, chopped (bell pepper)

Boil and slice potatoes. Mix with red wine vinegar and marinate overnight. Add onions, celery, egg and red pepper to potatoes and mix. Add a little mayonnaise and sour cream for taste.
