PEPPER STEAK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
1 c. catsup
Flour
Salad oil
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices onion
4 slices green pepper

Cut meat into serving pieces; flour and brown in skillet. Place meat in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Combine catsup, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Arrange onion and pepper slices on top of meat. Pour catsup mixture on top of meat. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
