MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar to them. Press mixture firmly into 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Reserve some of crumb mixture for garnish. Blend thawed orange juice and milk. Stir in Cool Whip and oranges. Fold in. Do not beat. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving. This is delicious, refreshing and appetizing. Can also be used as a dessert.
