PECAN PUFFS 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. ground pecans
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cream butter. Blend in sugar until creamy. Add vanilla, etc. Roll into balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, remove from cookie sheet, let cool, then roll in confectioners' sugar. Store in sealed tin.
