BARBEQUE 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 lg. onion
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 3/4 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Trim meat and cube. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat in large roasting pan. (Can do the night before.) Bake 3 to 4 hours at 350 degrees, covered. Shred with 2 forks or pastry blender. Will seem juicy at first, but soaks up when shredded. Serves 6.
