PEACH CAKE 
1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. fresh chopped peaches
1 tbsp. self-rising flour
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tsp. powdered sugar

Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a large bowl; stir well. Combine yogurt, honey, oil and egg in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Combine peaches and 1 tablespoon flour, tossing to coat. Fold peaches into batter (the flour and honey mixture combined); spoon batter into an 8 inch square pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool completely and sift powdered sugar over the top.
