LEMON ROLL FILLING 
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt, dash
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 yellow cake roll recipe

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in pan; mix well. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice and egg yolks. Cook and stir over medium low heat until mixture comes to boil. Reduce heat and cook 1/2 minute longer without stirring. Remove from heat, stir in butter and lemon peel. Let cool at room temperature until set, 1 to 2 hours.

Prepare yellow cake roll as directed, using lemon filling. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on roll after all done.
