2 c. flour
2 sticks real butter, softened
1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until light brown. Cool completely.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. XXX sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
