RHUBARB CRISP | |
3 c. diced rhubarb 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Mix all together and put in a 9"x13" greased cake pan. TOPPING: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. oatmeal 1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. shortening 1/2 tsp. salt Combine and sprinkle over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
