RHUBARB CRISP 
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Combine rhubarb, sugar, and flour in a 6 x 10 baking dish.

Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
