HOT SAUCE FOR HOT DOGS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. red pepper
1 qt. water

Pour oil in saucepan, add ground beef and cook over low heat until done, but not browned. Add salt, chili powder, paprika and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed, add red pepper and water. Cook for 1 hour. If water evaporates, add more.
