GREEN TOMATO CHUTNEY | |
2 lb. green tomatoes 2 tbsp. freshly chopped ginger 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. ground coriander 2 tsp. salt 1 c. honey 1 c. cider vinegar Cayenne to taste Combine the tomatoes. Combine everything. Bring to a boil, then simmer 1 hour, stirring now and then. Cool before packing. Makes about 1 quart. |
