SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 can sm. garden peas
1 can French style beans
1 (6 oz.) sm. can pimento
2 c. celery, sliced
1 med. sized onion, sliced in rings
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Dash of salt

Drain peas and beans well. Mix first 5 ingredients; add last 4 ingredients which have been mixed well (so sugar is dissolved). Place in covered bowl in refrigerator. Allow to marinate overnight. Drain to serve.
