BROCCOLI SOUP 
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can chicken soup
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. nutmeg, salt, white pepper
1/2 block grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 lb. Velveeta
1/2 of 8 oz. sour cream

Thaw broccoli - add broth, onion and seasonings with broccoli in a pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add soup and butter - simmer. Add cheeses and sour cream. Stir and serve with corn bread.
