YOGURT DRESSING | |
8 oz. (1 c.) plain yogurt 1 tbsp. honey or sugar 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1 1/2 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice Mix all ingredients together. Put in sealed container and refrigerate. Makes 1 cup. Hint: Mark date of yogurt expiration on container for the dressing, so you'll know how long it will keep. 10 calories per tablespoon. |
